Our Backyard Suites start at $29,500, but your exact price depends on the size, layout, and features you choose. We are generally 20-50% less than a custom project, because of our design efficiency and streamlined process. When you request a free quote, we’ll provide a custom price range and estimated monthly payment with some of our financing options.
How Long Does The Process Take From Start To Finish?
Once you approve the design, most Backyard Suites can be delivered and installed in 4–8 weeks, depending on your location and permitting timeline.
Can I Customize The Design?
Absolutely! You’ll choose from two architectural styles (modern or traditional), multiple layouts, and optional features like upgraded finishes or a kitchenette.
Do You Offer Financing?
Yes we do! We can help you convert the equity you already have in your home with a small and budget-friendly monthly payment or even NO monthly payment at all. Because we have our own finance team, we're a one-stop shop for all your Backyard Suite financing needs.
Do I Need A Permit To Build My Backyard Suite?
In most areas, yes. But don’t worry—we help guide you through what’s required in your city or county and often coordinate with your project contractor to handle the permitting process for you.
